How do you isolate the x's of this equation?: 4x^3 - 32x = -12?

    4x^3 - 32x = -12.....factor 4x out of the left side

    4x(x^2 - 8) = -12...... divide both sides by 4x

    (x^2 - 8) = -3/x........ add 8 and 3/x to both sides

    x^2 + 3/x = 8

    4x.3=12x-32x=

    20x=-12
