Okay I'm overweight well you could say obese but that's besides the point, anyway I need to lose weight HELP!?
Okay well I need to lose about 40-60 pounds I'm 5'6 5'7 and I'm 16 years old I weight about 210 I think.... Anyway I have 1 and a half years to lose it because I'm wanting to join the military (ARMY) could someone please help I don't eat very well I eat fast food almost everyday because I'm always with my friends. I can stop that no problem I started running yesterday (1-15-12) for about 1.5 hours. I'm going to run tomorrow (Tuesday) threw Friday. But I need Nutricious help remember I'm only 16 so I need something that I could get my hands on that dosnt cost alot of money. Thank you so much for anyone that helps.

get plenty of sleep and water to start while you rest your body grows and repairs. Check out bodybuilding.com and check out health articles and ask lots of questions.
Walk further from the bus,stretch, or run stairs as often as possible. Cardio I know this is a must for loosing weight and the best way to do so. Use cans for weight if you don't have them or can afford them......free weights are better and more useful.....just look to youtube and bodybuilding.com to do it safely and properly and use a spot if you get swoll and work your way to benching, clinging or squatting 400lbs (like me)......XD.....I use to work out more and eat better and I'm now almost 21.....So I weight 300lbs but I am nearly 6'8.
My senior year of high school I was 260 and played football as DE as well as center/power forward on basketball team.....
At lunch I ate school lunch and the sub sandwich all the time.
Watch the desserts,sauces and condiment's and sodas because they offer a lot of extra empty calories. (no substance and hungry still) a pack of ketchup is like 100 calaries each I eat around 3500-4000 calories a day and try to burn as many as possible then and now.....you can eat everything just remember control or/and work out everything
Don't forget to kick start your metabolize. that means don't skip meals, eat breakfast and also metabolisms foods like leaks yams, grape fruits.(look for lists)
Also take supplements they help...I take multivitamins, flax seed, aspirinn and Vitaminsns D for energy and It helps my Multiple sclerosisis, and C for colds.....remember to drink lots of water....I drink a gallon a day,, but don't force it or you'll throw up or die from lack of electrolytes(salt)......remember to watch your pee for dark yellow or green or blueish (colors mean vitamin poisoning or not enough water. It wont kill you quick just cut down on vitamins or drink more water.
Also If you drink stop not only because its not very healthy and dangerous in excess and also illegall to you (and me..... lol ......for a few more months). I will only drink sweet drinks with lots of ice usually but also because if you drink to much you get bear belly and this because alcoholol melts fat and it will drain to your belly (ever hear of bear belly) also don't use drugs or smoke cause this will harm your body.

My way probably wasn't the healthiest but a few years back I weighed about 300lbs I was so disgusted with my self I started p 90x but I was so heavy I couldn't do it I felt like there was nothing I could then I just stopes eating I'd get up and wouldn't any breakfast lunch I wouldn't touch anything and dinner to some days my dad make me eat some cereal but that be the most I'd eat then I got scary thin I eat protein and started building muscle I'm a guy 18 I'm 6 ft5 probably close to 240 ( no fat )
So the crash diet thing is dangerous but healthier than I was before.
If you got a year eat light, cardio, run bike stay active
If you wanna build muscle don't do what I did and loose all the weight first because you need carbs to burn to build the muscle I had to eat so much after I lost the weight to have fuel to lift weights

if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice
