Okay well in 17 5'7 and I need to lose 40-60 pounds in 1.5 years I wanna go to the military (ARMY). I ran yesterday 1-15-12 for 1.5 hours but didnt run today. I'm running Tuesday through Friday this week maybe Saturday I eat fast food everyday almost but not alot of it. I need help I'm starting to get annoyed of all the people calling me fat please help and remember I'm only 16 so please keep it affordable.

You're not going to lose the weight this week or this month. Instead of focusing on every pound you want to lose, focus on ending bad habits and starting good ones.
Walk/jog every day, at least five times a week. Five miles a day is the ideal distance for good health.
No more fast food. If you're serious about losing weight, don't eat FF anymore and no more soft drinks (like Coke). Homemade food and relatively healthy food.
Acknowledge that it will take all year to lose the weight. That's a long time to try to follow a goal, so stop worrying about weight and get into better habits. Once you're used to doing the things above, you'll lose weight.

I know it's hard but you got to cut out the fast food. Limit it to like once or twice a week only. It's good that you go running. keep that up. It's easier to gain weight if you eat before you sleep so try not to eat too late at night. If you stay active and eat healthy, you seriously will lose weight. The hard part is the self control. Dieting involves an immense amount of self control. Also, try to eat chicken instead of beef because it's healthier for you but has just as much protein. The other key to dieting is consitency. You should make a plan of the foods you will eat throughout the week, and the exercises you will do, and stick to it! Good luck.

You NEED to cut out the fast food completely if this is going to work. Replace it for healthy snacks throughout the day/ 3 small healthy meals. Make sure you are getting your 5 a day and drink about 8 glasses of water a day. I advise drinking water before each meal, it makes you feel fuller so you won't eat as much. Keep up with your running on certain days of the week or whenever you can, keeping it regular.

just keep exercising and watching ur calorie consumption. I'm 21 and i went from 180 to 154 in a couple weeks by running for an hour and ab crunches til i was exhausted. I still exercise now and my numbers keep getting lower. Now i even add in jumping jacks, squats, and etc. I purchased this Pilates fitness kit from my job that has A Huge Exercise Ball, 2 Stretch Bands, and Two Weight Balls, and a DVD. We also sell nutrisystem at my job and my customers tell me it works. And in my opinion the food is pretty decent and it's affordable if u buy it at Big Lots than joining the club online.

The only diet and support you need is you and nature.
You decide to let nature take care of your weight and nature will do just that and give you a quality life.
Abandon man's processed foods, meats and dairy foods and you will lose weight fast without strenuous exercises.
Just eat right and walk or run and enjoy nature. That's all you need. Here's my typical day
Up at 4 or 5 am because I am full of energy and ready to go go go!
Flip on the Jack la lane juicer and throw in 3 peeled oranges and half a banana
Eat a slice of organic raisin bread
Go for a mile walk
At 10 am I will flip on the Juicer and throw in carrots, apples and parsley
12 pm eat half an organic bread and veggies with avocado sandwich
Eat an orange, dipping pieces in raw organic honey
5 pm eat brown rice with a garden mix salad with a little olive oil, sea salt and fresh squeezed lemon juice
7 pm drink a glass or organic lemonade made with lemons and raw honey
Before bed boil natural lemon and honey tea
And in between I just eat all the fruits and veggies I want and drink plenty of water because your body needs to be flowing with water vitamin sources instead of processed dead food, meat and dairy that contain toxins
Sound boring and dull?
I'm thin, flat stomach, no bad breath, no foul body or bathroom odors, no pain, no fatigue, no need for vitamin pills or aspirin EVER, dance like Michael Jackson, full of energy, vitality, did I say dance like Michael Jackson?, no acne, baby smooth skin, clean bill of health, and everybody who wants to live a long healthy quality life can DO THIS!
YOU CAN DO THIS AND BE THIN AND HEALTHY AND READY FOR SUMMER!
You and nature. That's all you need. And there are a lot of organic foods out there that are GREAT for you and FUN to eat! Best wishes!

Increase your water intake, decrease your fast food intake to pretty much none, even a little is damaging. Also, expand your exercises, instead of just jogging, also do ab and core workouts, lift weights( Lifting weights burns more calories than you'd probably think) and eat more fruit/vegetables when your snacking between meals. It will fill you up more and you'll eat less at mealtimes.

Drink LOTS of water, eat carbs, work out EVERYDAY, if you drink coffee or tea use no sugar
