What was the last lesson you learned?

The last lesson I learned came today. After an issue with scheduling at work, I realized that no one truly cares about you. I'm glad I learned that, though. I worked harder than everyone else there for a lower wage. Now that I know no one truly cares about you I am going to stop caring about them. I'm not working hard anymore, nor am I wearing a suit to every shift. It gets me nowhere. I give up.

I learnt that you should live around what you have, not what you haven't got
(don't live your life wanting, live your life by making the most of what you have)

I learnt your lesson when I was small and my mum told me that Santa still had to get paid. It was then that I realised even Santa didn't care about the little boys and girls, he was in it for the money. Even he wasn't genuine... :'(

Just finished my AS exams and I'm pretty sure I failed them all and I've learnt if I just spend 20minutes after each lesson recapping my revision will be a lot easier..
