Whats the movie about a family who hires a maid and her daughter to live with them?

The family's dad is on the radio, and then there is a mom, daughter, and little son. The mom and daughter are from El Salvador and the dad has to stay there because of the war. The maids daughters name is Marcella. She hid from the cops for about 5 minutes. Please help... Its really bugging me. Thanks.
