I am conducting a survey for one of my classes for school so I am going to need some help from many of you!?

Hello I am conducting a survey for one of my classes for school I am going to need some help from many of you as I need a total of 20 responses as soon as possible to help me gather all of my information so I can make my charts and all. Since I suffer from depression as I have most of my life I am going to conduct a survey or poll on depression to see how many people have actually experienced this type of depression sometime in their life so I know personally that I am not alone. I am going to ask a series of (3) questions to get a better idea and please be honest. When I say depression I am not talking about sad here and there or a week or so, I am talking severe depression lasting months on end even years. Thank you for you cooperation and if you will after answering all 3 of my question state whether you are male or female as well as your age so I can incorporate this into my survey. Here are my questions and thank you so much for participating!

1) Have you ever been severely depressed sometime in your life time?

2) Have you ever considered suicide as a result of your depression?

3) Have you ever engaged in any self-harm behavior as a result of your depression?

Again I thank you all for your participation I really appreciate it, I only have 4 days to get this completed so I needed responses pretty quick again I need a total of 20 responses to each one of my questions!
