Can i enter the US without sign of the coordinator in I-20. Though I've still 1 year visa on passport?

I am international student from India. Recently i visited India without informing my coordinator because it was emergency. I came here for my grand mother religious work( religious work performed after the death of grandmother within six months). I still got 1 year visa(F1 visa). I also had some health problems and I'm also seeing doctor here. I have all the proof (doctor's prescription). My grand mother religious work pictures. Do immigration officers over there will give me a problem while entering inside USA? help me guys if there anyway i can enter USA without any problem.
