Which food grade buckets to use for long term storage?

I wish to store food (wheat etc) for a long time. I have been told to look for food grade buckets. Whilst looking for them I learned that there are several different sorts. Which ones shoudl I use? I can easily get hold of pp5, but somebody said that these would not be suitable. Why would they be called food grade if they are not suitable for food?

Please help with as much info as possible.

Thank you.

Actually I get most of my food grade buckets from Walmart's deli now. I used to get them from a bakery in town but they went out of business. For a buck each I can afford to clean them out myself. Any food grade bucket is going to be fine especially for stuff like hard wheat.
