Yes because we will be hated even more.

If SOPA allows content owners to enforce this law over seas then it will be a big problem. I'm sure other countries could careless what we have in our book as laws.

No the SOPA bill will not create more terrorists. SOPA will mainly make Americans hate the government for censoring the web, other countries won't hate us.

Not in the traditional sense as in suicidal Islamist.
But it will cause a lot of internet based terrorist groups that will do all they can to harass and annoy the US government until they repeal it.
