How to work out wind loadings?

Can any one tell me how to work out the force the wind would "push" a 1 square meter board if the air was travelling at 1m/s and hitting the board at right angles.

I've searched and searched Google but can't find a explanation in SI units only Imperial.

I'd really appreciate some links if possible too.
