Is this a good weeks workout?

I am 5'0, currently weight between 116-118 and want to get down to 110-105 by April or May. This year I am aiming to work out at least 3 days per week. This week is the FIRST time I have exercised 5 days in a row! Is this a good weeks work out? Each work out is on an Elliptical.

Monday-60 minutes. Burned 550 calories

Tuesday- 40 minutes. Burned 400 calories

Wednesday-80 minutes. Burned 775 calories

Thursday-100 minutes. Burned 1000 calories

Friday-30 minutes. Burned 280 calories.

Is this a good work out and plan for the year? Do you think I can get down to 110-105 by April or May?

    This is a great exercise plan, if you follow a healthy diet then I'm positive you'll reach your goal.
