Strange noises in sky heard across the world?

How many of you have heard about this? Anybody actually heard it themselves? Any speculation on what it might be? (or how/why it could be/is being faked)

A little info for those who don't know. The earliest video I found of this was December 2010. People are reporting that it started 2 weeks into 2012, but that's false; There are many reports and videos from 2011. People report the noises are either coming from the sky, or from the earth itself. Here's a compilation video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZ2ZcmMxehk

The answer I find most interesting and informative will get best answer. I want to hear every opinion, I won't judge or report.

Update:

@ Aquarius - It's not gongs. Watch the video I posted.

@ WiZ - It's not in people's heads since multiple instances were recorded by multiple people all over the world. Could the videos be faked? Of course. But, there are also reports from thousands of people from the same occurance at the same time and place.

Perhaps something did happen in 1 or 2 locations and people in other places are copying the videos.

Update 2:

I was watching the video from Kiev and the video from Conklin Alberta, Canada, and I noticed at least two parts in the sequence of sounds were exact (although the tone and speed was different) including the birds in the background. Also, the one from Alberta seems to be sped up at parts, but the sound stays the same.

There were reports that there was no seismic activity during a lot of these sounds, which seems like total b.s. to me if the sounds were true.

these sounds have been recorded for the longest time, the earth naturally makes sounds in fact if this was not recorded most people would not be able to have heard this, the frequency of this sound isn't audible by most people, in fact that sound you hear is the sound that animals hear when they freak out before earthquakes etc. This "apocalypse" has been recorded through history, and can be recorded at any time if you go to areas of seismic activity.

Also the strange noises in canada were linked to power line hums.

There are many videos uploaded now, I think this is just nifty it all happens at once...And most of them with the same sound, or the sound has been sped up or slowed.

Strange things happen, yes. But let's not blow it out of proportion.

    Source(s): Common sense.

I just asked this question! I have decided it's one of two possibilities:

    1. Mass hysteria. People are behaving like this because it's the year 2012 and they're worried about the world ending. There are so many mechanical objects around nowadays, and also we don't fully understand about how they will interact with the atmosphere, or how electricity will interact with the atmosphere, and we don't really have the experience yet to know. Also the sun is going into a solar maximum, which happens every 10-12 years. Maybe the noises have something to do with that. But 10 years ago we didn't have the technology we have now and maybe it's interacting with that. So when someone sees a video like that they think, Oh I think I heard the sound!" when really the sound they hear is no big deal.

    2. It's earthquake booms. Sometimes before earthquakes there are loud booming or rumbling noises. The earthquake usually happens within hours of the noises, however before the 2004 tsunami there were mysterious booming noises occurring for months ahead of the earthquake and tsunami. This is a possibility because there is an increase in earthquakes in places where earthquakes are uncommon, like something strange is going down in the earth. Many Christians don't pay attention to this because the bible doesn't go into much detail about it, but before the rapture happens the bible says there is a "great earthquake," which is a worldwide earthquake.

The videos could very well be faked. I would never believe because of them alone but I've read a lot of forums and people say they have heard the sound.

Geographically, Kiev rests at the middle of Europe and is an entirely various earth but it's simple to it greater if you start from with hotelbye . Kiev could be the capital of Ukraine and is probably the most wonderful town of all article soviet countries. It is really a town of everything you least expect. Kiev is an old town where previous meets new and east meets west. One of the things you will see in Kiev is the St. Cyrill's Monastery. That monastery was absolutely off-the-beaten track. This little church is really as previous as time, dating back again to 12th century. Paintings of the popular Mikhail Vrubel take you into a different world. And the truth that the Monastery is far from the main tourist sites in Kyiv can make the experience even more humbling and inspirational.

A theory, which I believe in, is to do with 2012 being the last year of the Piscean Age. So, those noises could be those Buddhist gongs in many places. (Some could even be in UFOs, or the UFOs making other similar sounds.) Those gongs get pounded almost constantly, like drums. It's irritating, but is for spiritual upliftment. So, those noises could be basically to do with upliftment of spirituality.

I have no idea, but this is what I do know. The world's problems are almost overwhelming—and not just because of the wars and conflicts that grab the headlines. Every day, millions of people all over the world face a host of other disasters: famine, disease, economic chaos, racism, ecological and natural catastrophes, and so forth.

Do these mean Jesus' second coming is very near? It certainly may be, because He indicated that just before He comes again the world 's problems will increase. He declared, "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places" (Matthew 24:7). While these problems are part of every age, the Bible says they will increase in intensity toward the end.

The only final answer to our problems is Jesus Christ, for when He comes again, He will rule the world with perfect justice and peace. In that day, the Bible says, "He will reign ... with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever" (Isaiah 9:7).

The Bible cautions us against trying to set the date for Jesus' second coming. But it also urges us to be ready and watchful "while we wait for the blessed hope—the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ" (Titus 2:13). Are you ready for that day? You can be, by committing your life to Christ today.

2 factors to make right here - planets do no longer make noises - they are surrounded via stressful vacuum that doesn't enable sound to holiday, and the 'planet Nibiru' does not exist - the actuality that there are lots of of questions approximately it on web content is only an illustration that persons are actually not listening to reasoned solutions, they decide to make sure this variety of sites that unfold 'incorrect information', only like those that say the Apollo moon landings have been hoaxes....

People having schizophrenia and not realizing it since it's not voices. Though what causes schizophrenia, at one time I was hearing voices in my head, didn't think it was supernatural or my own subconscious and they sounded like they were coming from radio waves. Could be the government testing out a new weapon like HAARP.
