How much money is spent on football annually in the United States?

This includes the expenses of construction, ticket sales, irrigation, merchandise, employee paychecks, athlete paycheck, advertisements, the people who make the advertisement's paychecks, and money spent for advertisements during the football game. I want a figure, not just "Too Much".

They don't have to spend any money to reduce our contribution to global warming, They just need to let the EPA which already exists enforce the laws that are in place. I personally don't have an opinion of if GW is real or not. I do however have an opinion on the rate in which our air quality is decreasing. We are allowing corporations to pollute our air, water and soil because doing business in a cleaner way would cut into profits. Wake up people We as humans need these things to survive. Which is more important being able to breath or a bigger paycheck?

Something like at least $500 Billion.

Commercials for at least 30 seconds cost $250,000. Primetime $275,000. Admin and staff have contracts ranging from $50,000-millions. Stadiums cost billions including upkeep approx. $1.5-50 billion. Upkeep includes irrigation, food deliveries for concessions, rennovations, etc. Players have contracts ranging like $50,000-$99 million. Super Bowl costs about $50 million to use a teams stadium. Commercials during the super bowl cost $3-$5 million for 30 seconds. Pro bowl cost $5 million to rent stadium, $250,000 travel compensation, $50 million approx. for halftime entertainers. And $250,000 to order extra championship gear I.e. rings, hats, shirts. Uniforms cost $500,000. Trainers as team doctors $500,000. And any additional monies held by the commisioners office for safe keeping $500 Billion.

All approximated, your comes to be at least $500 billion. Id say $975,850,725,000.
