What happens when I listen to some music?

What's happening when I listen to some music and I get shivers up and down my spine? Some times the tingling feeling extends up and down my arm and legs. It's not an unpleasant experience, in fact just the opposite it's really pleasant. It doesn't happen with all tracks, just some but it always the same tracks.

That's not say that I don't enjoy music that doesn't make my spine tingle but some thing else must be happening when it does.

I've spoken to other people about this and some say they get a similar reaction to some music but not the same tracks that I react to. What's happening?

Do these tracks mean anything to you or do you like them?

This happens to me with certain songs that I like, it's usually because I can relate to the lyrics. I think it's just because the nice feeling of it gives you goosebumps.
