Can you take Midol while taking minocyclin?

Is it safe to take Midol complete (acetaminophen) if I'm already on minocyclin (antibiotic)?

    call your pharmacist they will be more then happy to answer for u. but ive never taken an anibiotic that wasnt compatable with simple pain killers
