What should I make MYSELF for dinner?

I just got my gallbladder out weeks ago. I need to know what I should make. I can eat fruits and vegetables and chicken and fish. The meat can not be fried it can only be grilled or baked. I can not eat spicy foods. I have no chicken right now. I was thinking perhaps making myself a tuna sandwich what you guys think? I need good ideas.

Update:

I gave tried the other meats and the fried foods it has made me sick. I am craving a steak with macaroni and cheese and a pepsi.... Daydreaming....

Have you tested the theory of not eating the spicy or fried foods and red meat? I had my gallbladder taken out in 2010. And I really love spicey foods. I had to test it. I have had absolutely no problems with continuing my regular diet. I know it may not be the same for everyone. But my father has not had problems either, and his was taken out two weeks before mine! even though we live in separate states! lol But yea the tuna sounds good. you should consider testing the waters with what you can and can't eat. Let your body decide and not the doctors.

What Meghan said. I got mine out in 2000 and was sort of told not to have the fried foods and spicy stuff, but that's what -caused- me to get the gallbladder yanked. Once it was out, it's been clear sailing eating almost anything. You'll figure out what triggers an upset stomach. For me, it's sweet fruits and raw tomatoes.

    3 carrots, chopped

    3 courgettes, chopped

    2 onions, chopped

3 ripe tomatoes chopped or 1 can diced tomatoes

    1 celery stalk finely chopped

    1 tsp dry basil, dill

    1 bay leaf

    1/2 cup olive oil

    salt, pepper

    Juice of 1 lemon

Put all the ingredients except the lemon juice in a pot, cover with plenty of water and boil for 30 minutes. Serve the soup with lemon juice.
