I have a feeling that something is going to happen?
If you're not open to the 'paranormal' stuff, please just leave it. I know saying that "something" bad is going to happen isn't very exact. I just can't shake this feeling and it worries me so much. The other day when I arrived home, my mother said I had missed a call. The first thing that popped into my head for some reason was that someone had landed themselves in hospital. Turns out it wasn't anything important but ever since then I just can't shake this feeling that something bad is going to happen to someone I know and care for. Any ideas on how to chill out and stop worrying? At least for a little while?
I'm really worried about one person in particular. I haven't seen him in a while and I don't want to scare him via Facebook asking if everything's alright.

Can you change or impact what is going to happen without knowing for sure what that event may be, obviously not. So the best thing you can do is make sure that you are rested, calm and relaxed, so if something does happen you will be ready to face whatever it is. Best of luck.

Just relax. Nothing bad will happen. Just because you randomly feel something is bad, doesn't mean there is. Paranormal feelings do not exist. Anything bad that may happen to you is pure chance at a bad time. This is sometimes why people believe in paranormal things--because they have a weird feeling about something and due to pure chance, something happens and they believe that it was because of the feeling.

You could consider the fact that no one has ever successfully predicted anything. Or take comfort in the fact that in a few days something bad will happen to someone (it always does) and you will imagine that's what you were predicting.
