who are you voting for president?

Given the following candidates--Obama, Romney, Gingrich, and Santorum--I would vote for Gingrich. I believe he has the best combination of necessary attributes to get us in the right direction.
Obama... well I don't address him.
Romney seems too much like a generic candidate who has been campaigning for several years now. He's had time to prepare for this campaign and has a head start only because of his past primary experience and preparation unavailable to other candidates. Romney also has yet to articulate conservative values in any way that inspires anyone.
Santorum, while he may be great in many ways, is like Obama in that he only spent time in the Senate and went to law school. He has great value for this country but I don't believe he's best suited for the White House at this time.
Gingrich, on the other hand, has extensive experience in government, understands historical context, has presided over remarkable political achievements where he orchestrated, actual demonstrable results, and has a complete ability to speak intelligently about conservative values in a way that inspires. He's also sharp, and can win debates against Obama.
Gingrich is not the perfect candidate. He's said and done some silly things. He doesn't always side with the conventional conservative wisdom. He's cheated on his wife. But these things tell me he's his own man, no one controls him, and he's a real person.
EDIT I almost forgot Ron Paul. Maybe that's because he's not serious. Even Paul says he doens't expect to win at all. His foreign policy is insane and would send us into a horrible tailspin within the world we live in. There's a reason why Paul runs every four years but never wins.
His supporters like to call radio talk shows also and belittle those who criticize Paul. They're like a cadre of children, calling, intense, and at some point calling those who disagree names. Any candidate with a following like that is suspect.
I'm sure I'll get emails from Paul supporters just for that. Bring them on.

Rick Santorum all the way. This country needs someone with a sense of integrity and decency in the Oval Office after it has been sullied by Obama. He's got a plan--a realistic plan to get people back to work. He's sick of Obama trashing the principles of this nation and trying to transform us into a European welfare state. He loves this country. He has principles that he won't compromise. He will bring some honor back to the presidency.

Obama. He didn't cause the economic collapse, it was a Republican legacy he inherited. He has done nothing but champion human rights and freedom. He also did a lot of damage control as the economy was collapsing and it could have been a lot worse.
