You need a larger power supply "500 Watt or greater power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors recommended (600 Watt and four 6-pin connectors for AMD CrossFireX™ technology in dual mode) " for the 6870 video card.
Other than the power supply, it looks good. Just need an optical (CD/DVD) drive and an operating system

Not a terrible build, but nothing special either. You haven't mentioned a price range here. I would personally go with a better case. That case is going to be pretty small. You made the classic noobie mistake of cheaping out on both the power supply and case. Those are two extremely important components. A good power supply will enable you to upgrade to more powerful parts later, and the case will allow better temps and more expandability. It sounds like you need to save up a bit more, so you can afford a good case and power supply.

I would say a Better GFX card, and phenom does not work that well with high end games. You might also need more power supply. See if your motherboard supports better GFX card and/or Processor. Also more memory. The memory you have is very less for gaming.
