How do I make a Rainbow sponge cake with all Vegetarian Ingredients?
I'm not sure how to make the Rainbow sponge cake, I just made my first batch of cupcakes last week and I struggled to find ingredients for them to make them fancier, but I know you need cake or food coloring to do the rainbow sponge, anyone know any makes or companies that do them without any bone or animal preservative?

Wilton makes vegan food coloring (http://www.wilton.com/). You may want to check at your local health food store (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Vitamin Cottage, etc.) or order it off the internet.
Another option, which would probably require some creativity, is to make your own food dyes. Beets can make the food pink, blueberries a blue/purple, blend some spinach into the wet ingredients to get green, etc.
