I am only one person, with one mind, one soul, one heart.. but I have many faces...Can you tell them apart? Many say I have the face of an angel..strong and wise...Look a little closer...Can you see the devil in my eyes? In the morning when I awake...I look in the mirror and ask myself...Which face shall I wear today? For I have many faces.... Do you see a women torn between who she is and who she wants to be? • What Herbalife products are suitable for vegetarians? (UK)?

I am considering joining with Herbalife, I have found out formula 1 shakes are suitable for vegetarians.

My Herbalife leader who is putting me on has told me I have to take vitamins and protein mix to put in my shakes, which are also Herbalife products.

I am unable to find any that are free from Gelatine and Bee wax.

I was wondering if any vegetarians/vegans here have looked into this plan or any other and for recommendations?

Don't see the point in paying that much money to cut out main vitamins that I really should take. Don't want to be unhealthy on these shakes.

Only advice from vegetarians and vegans please.

Any person complaining about Herbalife, and moaning about their diet will be reported and removed.

    Thanks in advance! :)

  • What does the 'term' channel the devil mean?

On housewives of NYC Jill and Kelly both use the phrase/term to Alex that she 'channels the devil', I've wondered for a while and normally hate shows like these but I wonder if it's a real term used and I'd like to know what it means, (Whether it means she's just greedy for fame or something?)

    Thanks!

  • Can you make and sell soaps without insurance to family and friends legally?

I am thinking of going into the soap making business, I have time on my hands and at 21, it's something I've always wanted to do so why not do it young. I haven't tried yet so it will be a very hard work in progress, I was hoping to start selling via my ebay and paypal, I was hoping to also open a facebook page for my soaps/handmade jewellery as I also make those now and again. But looking into insurance was too expensive for me and I want to try it out first and give it a trial, so I was looking to sell via family and friends and advertise this on my fb, it is legal to do this and could someone sue me?

  • What are some types of dogs that are great to travel with?

I am thinking of getting a dog for my birthday next march, it will have to be a small breed and prefarbly a breed that is great for carrying and enjoys travelling and cars, etc. I was looking into a Chihuahua but some feedback I have got is that they are not naturally friendly dogs and not great for travelling. I was wondering if there are any past owners of Chihuahuas on here that could give some more info on this?

I have also been looking into Shih Tzu's but they look like they need a lot of grooming!

What other dogs are there that are friendly and small and good for travelling?

  • Job Centre didn't notify me of full details of part-time work????!!!?

Well I'm stuck in a bit of a pickle. I have started working part-time for a retail company and I checked all out with jobcentre, they told me I could not do over 16 hours and so my benefits would not be affected which is okay because my company wouldn't offer any full-time.

I filled in a part-time working form and found out while signing on I have to also give in another sheet every signing on date (every fortnight) including any additional money plus pay wages. But that was OK because I am very organised so I wasn't all muddled up.

However I get paid once a month and I discovered that I was paid £20 less than my usual on benefits. I received a letter, telling me because there's a change in income, I am not recieving less. However I checked with the woman beforehand and she told me, plus the interviewer with my company AND also my job agency that I am with, directed by the Job centre that my benefits WOULD NOT be affected If I took out part-time work.

I went to the jobcentre and spoke to adviser about it. He said because I only get paid once a month, they will deduct my money once a month and If/I lose any money they will deduct it on that day. I asked him why the money was deducted (they always make mistakes and having lost over £200 money before to the jobcentre on two occasions, but received one amount back), he told me it was because now I'm working part-time, Job centre automatically deducts my first £5.00 earned if I worked part-time, I did 3 shifts that month and I lost £15.00, he told me I would have been notified before I filled in the form. I was not. He told me a member of staff anyway would have notified me, They did not. I walked in when I was free one day and picked up the form, filled it at home then popped it back.

He told me he would contact his area manager and call me Monday. He did not. I am not happy at all I lost my £15.00, in fact I lost £20.00, I printed a bank statement and it told me by the figures I have lost £20.00 not £15.00. I know this is not a HUGE amount but it means I did my one shift (which is only £40 a shift, bear in mind at least £10 petrol!) for nothing. They did not notify me, and he tried to go further on that Friday by even calling me a LIAR.

I am going to go there again tomorrow to see about this. The letter by the way said nothing at all about an agreement and neither did the form. He told me neither would because I had to find out either by a member of staff or by a seperate brochure, which he couldn't even find on the Friday!! I told him I want to overlook the opinion, (it said on letter to contact within 3 months if I'm unhappy about this change) but he refused to give me a form to be able to do that.

I was wondering legally of course, where can I go from this? Can I get my £20.00 back if I am able to prove I was not told?

I can GUARANTEE my signature was not signed on ANY part that allowed them to take £5.00 from every shift. I EVEN asked the worker at the time, i would NOT do part-time work if it costed me anything, and would prefer to risk doing full-time work with them instead for the sake of any money possible lost.

Sorry it's so long, thanks in advance for any help/advice.

  • My knee clicks every time I straighten or bend it, what's happening?

I've started a exercise regime and have been trying to lose weight, no doubt this is the cause to some joint problems as I've been bending and stretching parts of my body that I have never stretched before! I started this regime about febuary time, I have slipped up a few times but always manage to patch up my plans, they consist of running/walking, swimming, going to the gym and walking.

However, I started doing stretches at the gym, e.g. trying to touch my toes with my hands sitting up, back straight. Finally I am able to do this but since in my right leg, it has began to click constantly. Everytime I walk up the stairs, bend or straighten it, it clicks. I feel it's in my knee-cap, perhaps I pulled a muscle or joint too hard? It's been like this for about 4 weeks at least. There is no pain in the knee itself and it only happens in my right and not my left. Funny enough it hurts a little bit to stretch myself on the left knee, so that tells me perhaps I pushed the right knee too early and too hard.

I haven't seen a GP about it yet, but I thought it would have stopped by now. I thought for a while the sound was distancing a bit, It sounds funny but I thought I broke a little joint at the time and it was evaporating or something! that's what it felt like.

But it's still there, I feel two small clicks whenever I bend/straighten up.

Any ideas on what I can do?

  • Do I have acid relfex?

I have had a problem for a while since I had an op when I was 14 which involved gallstones removal, which is the bladder. When I over-eat, I sometime get a mouth full of sick and now and again I suffer it from exercise or doing other things. Sometimes certain foods will affect this and it leave a lead like taste in my mouth for a while after this has happened. I have had it for a while, but never really seen a GP about it, I know it sounds funny but at the time I didn't think a GP would be understanding enough and thought I may be suffering bulimia or something! Which I am not I can guarantee. I don't know if this is from my OP, as I have looked up on it years later (now I'm 21yrs), it possibly affects the bile/stomach area inside. So I was looking up alternatives a few months back wondering why I keep getting mouthfuls of food back up, (by the way I do have a history of binge-eating and am overweight and have been morbidly obese in my teens)

and I came across the term Acid reflex a while back:

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a condition in which the stomach contents (food or liquid) leak backwards from the stomach into the esophagus (the tube from the mouth to the stomach)

But I am curious to why this is still happening to me and if it will continue in my later life and if anything can be done about it?

  • Does it matter what eye you put a contact lense on?

I have ordered these party lenses, (not prescription) They came with the liquid and case, but unfortunately the packaging was open when I recieved the two bottles with the contacts inside them and I don't one which one is the left or right? I don't know if you need to put one on a pacific eye, but I have heard that you should try to label and keep the same contacts for the same eye in case your eye gets infected and could spread infection to your other eye.

So am I right in thinking there is no left or right contact lense?

  • Pro's and Con's of being an Ann Summers Rep?

I am unemployed but can work under 16 hours without my benefit being affected. I would love to start a business, I have business cover for my car but due to financial problem I just can't afford it, I thought about going self-employed, there are too many Avon Reps in my area already and I hear you don't make much by selling catalogues, I got some time on my hands and would love something to do, I have been to an Ann Summers party before and enjoyed it. I got a car and license and I know there are some start-up costs such as the rails for the show and tell part of the party.

Would love some advice on being an Ann Summers rep?

Preferably someone who has done it, was it worth it?

  • Are all donuts in Krispy Kreme suitable for vegetarians?

I have never had anything from there before, but my friends go there all the time, so I thought I would finally ask this question.

I went on their website, I don't see anything Vegan, which I prefer, because I'm a strict Vegetarian.

It says their donuts are made with natual ingredients and are suitable for veggies, but what about their jams and certain cupcakes? Don't they use Gelatin?

  • Is it legal to start your own daycare centre at home?

For just a few hours a week.

Being monitored by a few 'staff' that are not qualified, but have experience.

What do I need to open up my own daycare business at home?

Could I organize trips out and car washes with the children and donate the profit to charity?

Could I still gain benefits while working under 16 hours a week claiming JSA?

Bear in mind I live in UK. I want UK answers only, thanks in advance!

  • Are free photoshoots a scam?

I won this free photoshoot from entering a contest on Facebook In London, I'm currently living in Wales but moving to England soon, still it's a long way to go. This woman called me to confirm that I won today for me and a friend, she said I had to pay a deposit in which I get back on the day. It's £30.00 each for the deposit, which sounded quite a bit cheap to be honest, a bit fishy. I asked her to tell me if there was any charges and she said it was a free photo shoot. She gave me the postcode and sending me an email of the details. I get to pick the date and day that I want and must confirm and stick to that day. Do I get the photos free or will I be pressured into buying some?

Do you think this is a scam?

  • Do I have Eczema on my face?

My skin is horrendous lately, I've always had bad skin, the neck especially is very itchy and has lots of small lumps, also around the ear, it's very red and my forehead is clear, but the chin and even the cheeks now is covered in red patches and with some black-heads. I have been using Aloe Vera for my skin lately to try to help it, without make-up it looks really bad. I had asthma as a child and I don't know if any of my family members had Eczema, but I'm unsure to whether I have it or not.

Problem is I do pick my skin and sometimes it bleeds so I suppose the spots and soreness spreads across my face, but does this mean you can still siffer with Eczema?

Also, I get it on my shoulders, I have suffered with that for about 3-4 years and have seen the GP but no creams worked on it,I have just left it alone and used a refreshing body gel on it when I'm in the bath, but I try not to cover it up in fake tan.

  • What pose would you call this modelling photo?

I will be booking a photoshoot soon, but I have to explain exactly what I want the photographer to do before we do the shoot. I quite like this head view picture angle,

What is the best way to describe a picture like this to him? How can I tell the photographer to do one similar to this?

I'm not sure how to make the Rainbow sponge cake, I just made my first batch of cupcakes last week and I struggled to find ingredients for them to make them fancier, but I know you need cake or food coloring to do the rainbow sponge, anyone know any makes or companies that do them without any bone or animal preservative?

    Thanks in advance.

Please no silly answers such as go on you tube.

  • How can people subscribe to me on Facebook?

I have a few subscriptions myself that I follow on facebook, but for a while i've been trying to work out how people can subscribe to me. I don't own a group or a business, I don't know if that makes a difference, but I want to allow people to follow my updates. On some of my friends they got 'subscribers' following them, then on other and on mine it just says 'subscriptions', I've been through the help chart of Facebook and it didn't help.

  • Would most community buildings allow you to rent a room if you are not qualified?

I am thinking of teaching Zumba part-time, I am fit and have been doing it myself for quite some time. I got access to T-Shirt making and a lot of facebook friends and family. However, I don't have any qualified courses or degrees in fitness, the ones I looked at in college lasted a year and don't offer much of a full-time job, even if you were lucky enough to get one. Leisure or fitness Centre's will take you on with no experience too, so it seems a waste to spend a year on a course that shows no importance to me personally. There are Zumba classes you can learn and go to and workshops but I don't fancy that. I have spoken to my fitness Instructor and she said it was hard-work, I have lots of ideas for dances and routines but I feel too awkward asking her more questions.

Will my local community building take me on to teach kids or adults Zumba and fitness sessions?

What's your ideas or any experience of this would be helpful.

What laws are there for this area of business? I have a first aid certificate, but nothing else. I do have qualifications in GCSE and A-Levels. but not in health or fitness.

Can I use songs and create my own dances legit like she has done?

Could I sell CD'S of the songs and perhaps some T-Shirts with my logo on legit?

Thanks in advance :) before you comment, don't be rude, like some are on here. I don't need a nasty answer, it's why I'm asking a question, it's yahoo answers, i'm interested in learning more. :-0

  • How can i open up a charity shop for a few days?

I was thinking of getting some donations, I have bags of things that are in good condition and that I could sell to charity. I can get LOTS of other donations easily from friends and family. I have noticed charity shops recently don't open for as long, and some are seasonal. The other day a 2 day event was opened in my town centre renting a shop - (a lot of shops are there to rent) Then it closed, and it relied on people to come and donate or buy things for the charity. I would love to do something to raise for Breast Cancer awareness. I am doing a work placement next week and so choose to do it in a charity shop. But I'm not connected with Breast Cancer and I'm unsure to how I am able to open up a charity store. What are the costs and output, how much money would I actually make to charity. Do I come up with my own money to pay the rent? Or do you gain it back with some profit you make, charities are non-profitable businesses but i'm confused to how they expect (if they do) to come up with rent money. I don't mind working and mending the till there as I am currently unemployed at the moment and undergoing placements to get me into work.

Would I receive help from the government?

I have lots of people interested in this and can publicize it well on Facebook with all my followers and if successful will write in to the daily paper about it.

Thanks in advance for any help, I don't know much so no nasty answers please, it's why I'm asking obviously... :-0 It's why it's called Yahoo answers...
