What dog is this?

They've become very popular, but I am seriously interested in one, I have no idea of the exact breed as Google refer them to different names 😩

Any price ranges? And are they well trained?

    It looks like a cross breed of Shih Tzu and Chow Chow.

    That is a shaved Pomeranian. Cost for a well bred one isn't cheap, and my only experience with them is they are yappy little dogs with a big attitude.
