What is a normal-ish size for a drawing tablet?
I'm looking into buying a beginner tablet that is 5x4", and it's only $25. however, this seems pretty small ( I only want to use it to draw in MS paint )
Is this a good size, I see ones that are much more expensize and have 10.5x6" screens.

Let me tell you this, if its only $25, obviously you won't go too far with it.
I recommend this: http://wacom.com/en/Products/Bamboo/BambooTablets/...
Bamboo Capture
It is cheap and gets the job done.

5 x 4 is already a good size, especially if you're a beginner. You'll only need the big ones for large strokes and bog canvases ^^
