Something about MMA?

At the end of the month I will start to train MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) and it's important to have the perfect weight. So if I am 13 years old and about 174 cm tall, how much should I weight???

PLEASE HELP!

It is not important that you are the "perfect weight", whatever that is, before you start MMA: MMA conditioning will get you in shape for MMA, and apart from eating healthily - making sure you get enough vitamins, protein, energy etc - there's not much else you can do.

I am not familiar with your fighting weight but normally, the ideal weight is 105 lbs for a 5 ft person. Then ,add 1 lb for every inch after that. BTW, grab your free UFC gift card here http://bit.ly/wSYUoI and buy yourself the things you might need in your training. Good luck to your MMA journey. Hope to see fight on TV in the future.

    This is not about MMA.

Can you please use proper titles for your questions??

Don't worry about your weight. It will all be gone in a few months.
