Can you help me with my playstation network account?!?

Ok what happened is that i used to have a psn account bout two years ago but moved houses and did not have home internet for about two years

Now im playing online but i had to set up a new user account because

1) forgot my password

2) password reset was sent to email

3) that email i used for the psn was a separate email address i made up only for that so i didnt use it at all these last two years

4) My Email is now DEACTIVATED

Now my problem is in order to play online i had to set up a new user and a new psn account

so for example i cant use all of my unlocked weapons in re5 online and i basically have to replay my games

Is there any way to work around this?!
