How can I convert pdfs to epubs?

Are there any good websites/ipod apps (websites preferred) that convert pdfs to epub files for FREE??? Completely free? All the ones Ive found were free to sign up but not to actually convert it, or you could only get a trial version. Are there any you know of? Apps could work but Id rather do it on the computer.

@Rucka It is not impossible actually. Ive done it. Just only on trial versions, so it only converts 5-10 of the pages. And there are several sites that do it, just not for free.

    immposibrue. a PDF is an image not text.
