Click here to login http://my.magicjack.com/ into your magicJack account and follow these instructions:
Click the "My Subscriptions" tab, and then the "Details" button under "Transfer Your Phone Number to magicJack".
Follow the prompts to submit your transfer request.
There will be a nominal fee. We will provide status via email.

One other thing Tom. If you're transferring an old Magic Jack phone number to the Magic Jack Plus, you'll lose any time left on the old Magic Jack account - any remaining months / years don't transfer.
