Macbook pro...how can i be sure my search history is 100% deleted?
I know what your probably thinking right now haha... But really, I have a macbook pro and i know about clearing my search history by clicking the history button and clicking "clear history" and what not but doesn't your computer still remember what you've searched somewhere else? I'm not all that great with computers (hints the reason I'm asking)... So If i were to clear my search history and send it out to be repaired could the technician find all of my search history?

Short of a saltwater soaking? One of the easiest ways is to use a different search engine.

You can download ccleaner for mac, install it and run to your macbook to clear all the history and cookies.

You could make a new account for the technician, and not them log into your personal account. That's probably what I would do.
