How common are nose bleeds for expectant fathers during pregnancy?

I've seen on various websites that men can have psychological symptoms as well as some physical symptoms of pregnancy while their partner is pregnant. My wife and I just found out for sure that she was pregnant yesterday and she is approximately 2 - 4 weeks. Last night around 1:30 am I woke up from my nose bleeding and running down my face and it bled for about 10 minutes before I got it to stop. I woke up this morning at 5:15 am to get ready for work and it began to bleed again for another 10 minutes or so. Is this from something else or is this part of the expectant father symptoms? If it is then is it common, I haven't heard too many stories of nose bleeds from men?

Maybe if you're feeling stressed about it all there is a chance of nosebleeds. But it's unlikely that that would embody itself within a few hours. Keep an eye on it, as it may be an indication of another problem. If the nosebleeds continue, get to a doctor just in case. And relax!

    And congratulations!
