What's this TV show called?

I remember that used to watch it, its called "Girls In Love", one girl used to always dress up in red, the other purple, and the other yellow

Just to tie up all the answers and add a bit of knowledge of my own....here goes! Made by Thames Television, the show was called "T Bag and The Pearls Of Wisdom" and starred Elisabeth Estensen as Tallulah Bag (but has been in the Liver Birds and is currently playing Diane Blackstock in "Emmerdale") and John Hasler as T-Shirt, her child henchboy (or whatever you want to call him). It also featyred the character played by Kellie Bright, I think her name was Sally as well, and she did have to collect spoons every episode. I seem to recall T-Bag used to keep track of Sallys exploits by staring into a cuppa, and when her plans were foiled she used to scream, but you never heard it, the screen just went into wierd lightning white psychadelic effects (As was popular at the time) UPDATE the female characters were called Debbie, holly-anna, sally, polly and penny!
