Removal of Breasts, Ovary, Pallopian (sp.?) tubes, and uterus?

If a woman remains single forever, is it better to remove all the breasts, ovary, pallopian tubes and uterus so that she will not experience any cancer among with these parts of her body?

Thank you.

Update:

Please do explain. I hope you don't mind. Thank you.

    Bad idea.

Altering your secondary sex characteristics will definitely change your personal outlook.

Removing the ovaries is particularly difficult as your estrogen is generated there.

You'd become more male or at least androgynous. You'd develop small masculine traits such as more facial hair, a deeper voice, and changes to your appearance.

While these things may not MATTER to you, you'd be letting yourself in for a certain amount of ostracization as mannish woman, much like hyper-feminized men are not terribly common and people aren't exactly kind to such things.

What's to say she will be single forever, she may just have not met the right person yet. The media is full of people who get married at 80.

Clearly you don't use your brain. Should we remove it, just in case?

No. They used to think that but found that getting your ovaries removed before age 75 shortens your lifespan.

    No.

Do I even have to explain?
