Using components available in Mumbai, India I want to assemble a good quality Home Theater Personal computer system at reasonable cost. Total cost should not exceed 20,000 Indian rupees. All suggestions are welcome.
I already have an LCD TV. So 20000 indian rupees is for the HTPC only.
