simple ECE problem with 2 equations.?
Given are the following two equations in two unknowns.
3 - 4z + 2β = 5z
-3β + 2 = -2β - 4z
Assign z to the element X(1) of the vector X and assign β to the element X(2). Find a
matrix H and a vector C , such that the given equations can be written as: HX C= . Do not
solve the equations.
I can solve for β and plug it into the other equation to get z, then get β, but Is that what the question is asking? please give details of what it should be.

They are asking you to create a matrix and a vector, they are not asking you to solve the equations.
