come si sporge querela? quali conseguenze se non viene accolta?
mi è stato rigettato un ricorso ad una multa assurda, in cui,tra le altre cose, il pubblico ufficiale afferma il falso (che non ero presente x contestarmela,mentre io ero lì).
Oltre a ricorrere al giudice di pace (il ricorso l avevo fatto al prefetto) potrei sporgere querela per falso?

non ti conviene assolutamente perchè non hai le prove e se non vieni creduta potresti essere controquerelata per falso o diffamazione ed inoltre per la remissione di querela ossia per il ritiro è necessario il consenso del querelato...ciao
