Considering the disdain with which your question was asked. I'm not really sure you would respond in a productive manner to a civil response, however I will answer your question for clarity sake. When I preach I pray and then write a sermon based on what the Lord places upon my heart. Satan never enters into it. I am never influenced in what I preach by anyone in the congregation, nor do I stick solely to the Pauline Epistles, that being said, I'm not sure what you mean by a Churchie Church but I'm going to assume that it is derogatory and leave it at that. Hopefully having actually had your question answered by a preacher you'll have a better understanding of how the Biblical way of developing a sermon is accomplished.

That depends on what denomination. In some the preacher ot priest decide and in others there is a calendar set up for the preachers to follow. The calendar is usually based on the liturgical dates.

The preacher writes the sermons himself.
Another Paul-hater, huh? How about you answer my question about that? Try to justify your hate for an apostle of Jesus Christ: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AhslX...
