800m indoor track help ?

i have an 800m rum on Saturday my time is okay , and i just need tips on how to run it ? what i should eat before it ? And is the indoor track different to a outdoor track ? Any tips on INDOOR 800m please

    the 800m is neither long or short distance. start out medium and keep a good pace. sprint at the last 75 m. eat lightly, or you will get stomach cramps. drink water and give it your all.

    Indoor situations are commonly screwed up by using song yet for the 400m an primary time is around 70s and 800m is around 2:40. a good time to purpose for is under 2:25 for the 800 and under sixty 5 for the 4 hundred
