Can you trick a biennial plant into being a perennial if you never expose it into winter conditsions?

    Not likely...biennial means it doesn't bloom until the second year.

    The plant needs the chilling period to induce flowering. It might continue on as a nonflowering plant for a longer period without the chilling........but what's the point?
