Do you think they should drug test welfare recipients?

I sure do. How can they afford drugs if theyre already living on goverent assistance?

    Yes. Most people who are working are subjected to drug tests, so why shouldn't someone who is getting assistance? That includes any form of assistance.

    Why only welfare recipients? Is it legal for everyone else? How about testing the lawmakers who want to pass the bill?

    i would consider your quesrion truly stereo typing. But, if they think that they are, or have ACTUAL PROOF, then to go ahead and test for drugs.
