Question about naming a non profit?

I would like to start a non profit charitable organization but the name I would like to use rhymes (unintentionally) with a well know for profit company that is compleatly unrelated. Will I have a legal problem with the state and/or the company?

Update:

I should mention this is in Florida.

Don't do it. If they send you one letter from their attorney, you will wish you had never done it. You might know that you are operating a wonderful charity but they won't know that.

As yours is going to be a charitable organization, they may not object.
