So my mims computet wont let her play downloaded games and it says she needs the newest version of some type of 3D thing..but my mom has the latest version of direct x..? everytime she clicks on a game it says "cant find compAtible 3D devices". but apparently she has that.. wat shud we do?

it's the new mac flash player if u have a mac i cant play games either sucks :/
