Granted, the embassies are located there; however, that's not what makes a capital. While for most other countries it suggests where the capital is, the things that ACTUALLY make a capital a capital are located in Jerusalem.

No matter how much you deny that, Israel's capital institutions are in Jerusalem. Tel Aviv is the cultural and financial capital of Israel, but without those terms in front of it, you can only refer to governmental capital, which is Jerusalem. And there is NO GETTING AROUND THAT FACT.

It's not mostly known as a sex capital. Granted, there is a problem, but it's not the thing that defines the city, the country, or the people. And, you know what, there is evidence that Israel is doing something. I once read somewhere that other Middle Eastern countries are behind Israel in terms of dealing with abuse towards women in all it's forms and making sure abusers get convicted.

Trust me, that's not what Tel Aviv looks like. Granted, every city has it's scummy areas. I think they took pictures of such. If all of Tel Aviv looked like that (it doesn't), it would be considered what is called third world; but, I do reiterate, it doesn't.

So either you are unaware of the organizations less PR acceptable relations or you are one of them, a group that most people disapprove of irregardless of their stance on the Israeli-Palestinian debate (since it's irrelevant). Likely, they are just spreading the hate, since they are known to do that. And not with Israel: Trust me, if it were Palestinians, they'd have issues with Brown Muslims controlling the Holy Land. They don't care one flying **** about them.

It's not typical of Israeli cities. Trust me: I've ACTUALLY BEEN THERE. I know it might be somewhat of an obvious comment, but I really wish you acknowledge that fact and not pick an answer that conforms to the political agenda you imply.

Michael m,Sir you have provided us with the reason why Tel Aviv is still used by practically all foreign diplomats as the site for there Embassies,because of all it's prostitutes.What would they do if they put respect for Israel ahead of what could be their very personal reason to avoid Jerusalem,the Eternal Capital of Israel?
