do you think i should lose more weight?
recently lost 20 lbs, is this okay or should i try for more?

started working out 2 hours daily one in the morning one at night, jogging mostly , stopped using the elevators hahaha , drank a lot of water and just ate for lunch (salad with meat or salad with chicken breast) everyday,no coke or any type of drink just water. lost it all in a month! and have been eating normally since havent gained any back but i work out everyday!
