I'm assuming that all of 625x^5 is under the radical sign. The square root of 625x^5 is the square root of 625, times the square root of x^5. The square root of 625 is 25; the square root of x^5 is x^5/2. Putting that all together, you have 3*25*x^5/2, or 75x^5/2.
