How can I lose ten pounds?

My new years resolution is to lose ten pounds but I want to concentrate it on my stomach. The problem is, I can't change my diet. I'm a vegetarian and tend to eat pretty healthy already but the birth control I'm taking makes it to where I am eating more than I should be. If it changes to muscle who cares I just want the fat gone. i might want to warn you that I have no upper body strength so, What exercises should I do?

I should probably add that I have to lead PT every Friday with ROTC.

    Take protein. Get muscle, not alot. Jog sometimes more than 20 minutes.

    weight lift. try bodyforlife.com for a free work out program go to their library tab section for meal plan and exercise plan.

    buy yourself some running trainers and you know what to do from there
