Does WebM have viruses?

i want to watch youtube videos but it wont let me unless i have web m, a free video thingy. idk if it has viruses and i dont wanna take chances...

i no 2 b careful, its just i need to watch some youtube videos for classes and if there's anything i can do to other than dnlding it, BY ALL MEANS help me!

    You must be very careful of any site these days, if you have adequate vitus protection you do not need to ask this question.A V G internet Security is the one.
