Have you ever had a dream/nightmare twice?

Question

Because i remember when i was a kid i had this dream where i was alone at a school and then suddenly at a shopping mall
Then i also remember that like three years later
I had the same dream exactly, with no details missing
And i mean it was just a random dream
I didnt even remember thar dream until i dreamed it again!!!
Any ideas as to why this happens?
Has it happened to you?
Anything similar or weirder?

Yes, every night I even have more wet dreams.

as I was growing up I continuously was brought back to the same cliff in my dreams and fell off it time and again, and I had no control whether it would show up or not. I woke up scared every time!
Later I heard that the dream was mostly experienced by kids that are in a growth pattern, who knows..

Yes it has happened to me. I have the exact same dream a couple years later. It's so weird! I have no idea why.

I have had the same exact dream once a month since I was 5 now I am 14 I'm not sure why but it still scares me...

For years I have had this old guy show up in random dreams and even though years pass and the dreams are different we become better and better friends after my grandpa died they have stopped
