Your reaction to Iron Mike Tyson to possibly being this years Celebrity Inductee into The WWE Hall of Fame?
Former boxing champion Mike Tyson will be inducted into the 2012 WWE Hall of Fame, according to a report by TMZ .
Although the announcement has not been made by WWE yet, Tyson told TMZ, "I am honored to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. I was the youngest heavyweight champion of all time, but the most fun I ever had in the ring was with WWE."
Tyson's involvement with WWE during the late 1990s Attitude Era helped accelerate "Stone Cold" Steve Austin's rise as the top box office draw in pro wrestling. Tyson was ringside enforcer for Austin's first WWF Title victory at WrestleMania 14 in 1998, then returned to WWE in January 2010 as a Raw guest host.
Two weeks ago, WWE announcer Jim Ross was asked if Tyson would eventually be added to WWE's celebrity Hall of Fame roster. Ross replied, "Absolutely."
Once the announcement is made official by WWE, Tyson will join Edge, the Four Horsemen, and Mil Mascaras on the Hall of Fame roster for this year's ceremony March 31 in Miami, the night before WrestleMania 28.
Tyson's current connection to wrestling is not limited to WWE. Tyson appeared at the WrestleReunion Convention in Los Angeles this past weekend and appeared in the ring kicking off a Pro Wrestling Superstars show Saturday night.

I think it's a great choice.
I know some people are opposed to the induction of celebrities who used to be involved with the WWE, but I like it in most cases, and with Mike Tyson, it's the perfect move. Besides being perhaps the best known boxer of all time (after probably Muhammad Ali), Tyson WAS a big part of the WWE at a crucial part in its history. His celebrity and star power acted as a major boost to the WWE when they desperately needed it and were hemorrhaging both money and ratings every week. Steve Austin was the guy who launched the WWE into the ratings stratosphere, but Tyson was, along with Shawn Michaels and DX, the one who helped get him there.
Regardless of whether or not you liked the Attitude Era, I think that everyone remembers Tyson and the impact he had. He had a great run, and when I think of all the other countless celebrities the WWE has imported in over the years, I would say that Tyson was by far the best.
I think it's great he's being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

True, and its great that he's joining, but I never got one thing: Why does WWE's Hall of Fame always have people inducted in them who are not even wrestlers? That is something that is not right. Anyways Tyson did deserve a spot in "Sports Entertainment" if not wrestling.
