why is it that most people who get demon possessed and are getting exorcised usually believe in god, does this have any correlation?

They usually suffer from mental illness and schizophrenia but are labeled as demon possessed by their religious families.

That isn't always the case. But believing in God doesn't make a difference, the demons who oppress and possess also believe in God.

Maybe they believe in God because there is no other option than to get exorcised...doesn't really work if you dint even believe in what is being done to you....
