My shoulder always hurts in the morning?

I slept with it out of it's socket a few nights ago and I think it keeps happening because it hurts every morning. I'm only eighteen so I shouldn't have joint problems. any advice to make it stop?

Could be separated or torn rotator cuff. Is it actually coming out of socket? If so, and regularly, you need to see a doctor or orthopedic specialist! If it is not really coming out of socket and just getting slept on funny find a way to keep it out of that position while asleep. My shoulder was ALWAYS sore after I woke up. Thought it was because I slept with my arms above my head. I actually had a torn rotator cuff and sleeping just aggravated it. Work on that, if the pain does not go away see a doctor.
