How do you report someone's picture?
Someone answered my question and his picture was that of a "shrunk" penis. How do I report it because I'm gay and even I didn't like it.

Just click on report as inappropriate and they will check his profile anyway

An offensive avatar or display name can result in suspension.

You could send an email to the team, below, strange address but correct include an explanation and the URL for the offender.

Report a couple of questions and answers and make sure you type the reason. Also, click on the avatar and go to their Pulse/Profile page. Report it there also. That sometimes works faster.
